This App does not collect, store, or share personal data beyond what is necessary for functionality or provided through Apple’s systems.

2. Data Collection
When you use Bleex, certain information may be collected automatically by Apple Inc. in connection with the App Store and your device.
This can include:

• App usage analytics and crash reports (if you have allowed “Share with App Developers” on your device).
• Purchase and subscription information processed via the App Store.
• Device type, operating system, and region for distribution and compatibility purposes.

This information is processed under Apple’s sole responsibility according to the Apple Privacy Policy.
Bleex does not receive or store any of this data directly.

3. App Store & Purchases
Purchases and related data (payment, refunds) are handled by Apple.
We do not receive your payment information. Please review Apple’s privacy policy for details.

4. No Third-Party Tracking
We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs from third parties.
We do not profile users, and we do not share personal data with anyone.

5. Legal Basis
Any processing that occurs through Apple’s infrastructure is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in maintaining App stability and security).

6. User Rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of your personal data.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or loss.

8. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s functionality changes.
