By downloading or using the Bleex app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. License and Use
Bleex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for commercial and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

3. Ownership
All content, design, and technology in Bleex remain the property of the developer.
Use of trademarks or logos requires prior written consent.

4. Liability and Warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Mandatory liability (e.g. for injury to life, body, or health) remains unaffected.

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.

6. Apple Disclaimer
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and bears no responsibility for the App or its content.
All payments, subscriptions, or refunds are managed exclusively through the App Store.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The current version will always be available at:

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Jurisdiction is Berlin.
